no, it's not true. It's just your opinion. Sorry. My view is that Islam DOES need to be reformed. Again, I'm not absurd enough to claim my view is true, it's just an opinion.

that's probably a good idea. It's not too surprising though that this thread has gone off piste. When people commit terrorist acts in the name of a religion, the religion is going to get discussed.

well, god this is painful sometimes, islamic extremism is a byproduct of the currently unreformed religion? It sort of goes hand in hand

Extremism/ terrorism etc is a byproduct of colonialism. Get the UK/ USA politicians to stop using the armies at their disposal to invade and occupy other peoples countries and we probably wouldn't have these problems. Same point applies to a lot of the refugees that people have issues with. Religion isn't the problem in the world today for the most part it's down the list. The real culprits are ducking the blame and religion gets scapegoated.
