The key word is extremism. It's not an issue of Islam, Christianity or whatever else - it's people with extreme views that are way beyond what is rational.This is the thing, I don't care what make believe stories they believe in, people who want to blow up and kill multiple other people are either deeply, deeply troubled and need help or are pure evil. I don't care what excuse/reason they use for doing it, whether it be the bible/Qur'an/Harry Potter, their thought process needs to be looked into not the material that they have read.
It is no different to when there was a major uproar over violent video games warping young minds to commit atrocities, etc. or when It is very easy for people to latch onto something easy (generally something they hate/dislike before hand) and go after that when the situation is extremely likely to be far more complex than it was this books/games/film fault.
Or choose to see the obvious like yourself.But .. when you have an agenda like yours I suppose you always look for the worst
