Richarlisons sulky little face combined with his horrific first touch should surely demand a position of leadership within this great group. Coleman must wince at what his team have become.
Coleman's the "captain" that has let it all happen.

Will be tomorrow when they roll the 'we are disappointed especially for the fans but we are determined to make amends in the next game'Have any of the spineless pricks been interviewed? Can’t see any comments from any of them.
So none of them two then.I'd rather Mina or Richarlison be captain over anyone else in the squad. Some backbone and grit plus ability. That's a captain.
Seamus will make a midweek rallying cry and it'll be all better.

Arsenal fans have been asking for a leader since viera lolNot sure there are many leaders left in football in general....
City have missed Kompany big time... Arsenal have no one... Spurs have Kane, is he a leader though?, spurs bottle every big game.... United have no one, Pogba seems more toxic than good... Who's Chelsea leader since Terry and Lampard retired?...
Liverpool have VVD and Milner, strong leaders? Maybe, but more so they have a strong manager who has every player at the club motivated and playing a system.. Even their kids play the way the first team plays...
Ancelotti needs to be able to motivate spoilt millionaires with no hunger for success... That's a hard task... He needs to be able to find better players than we have, but also players hungry to do more than collect a pay cheque...
Also The board need to back Ancelotti in the summer... These players have already had several managers sacked...clear them out this time..
Neither can hold a basic conversation nevermind communicateI'd rather Mina or Richarlison be captain over anyone else in the squad. Some backbone and grit plus ability. That's a captain.
What makes me laugh is that whenever we are linked with players who have leadership qualities we laugh at them for being "gash" supposedly.
Perfect example is our pursuit Zaha - bloke never hides and carries Palace on his back most weeks yet we wouldnt pay the dough and over paid for Iwobi who is neither as good as or has that type of mentality.
Players like Ings who looks an absolute steal at £20 million - battled injuries, scores goals in Merseyside Derbies at Goodison and has dragged Southampton single handedly out of trouble whilst others heads have dropped however whenever mentioned gets laughed at.
We desperately need leaders - forget massive names - get in some leaders and no faux ones like Delph.
Why don't we do something back to them so that we can let them know EXACTLY how disappointed we are? Will be tomorrow when they roll the 'we are disappointed especially for the fans but we are determined to make amends in the next game'
