Leaders on the pitch?

I know we need central midfield players, a centre half and a goalscorer but the thing I think we lack the most is a leader on the pitch.

Delph was apparently bought with this in mind but I've seen no sign of it myself. Coleman, Mina and Pickford shout and point a lot but it seems to have little effect.

We need to sign a player that garners respect from his peers, organises on the pitch and takes no crap from refs and the media. Only problem is I'm not sure who we could get that fits that profile!

We have no spine, The keeper is just about ok, but no commanding CB,CM or CF get the spine sorted and then we will see improvement.
