Ready Player One
One of my best experiences at the cinema in a long ass time. Not the deepest story or characters, but damn was it entertaining. Loved every second of it. 10/10

Dredd
Simple, but effective. Great action and Dredd's facial expressions we're so hilarious it earns the film an extra point. 8/10

Molly's Game (2017) - one of the most enjoyable films I've seen for a while with a stunning Jessica Chastain in a true story about a top skier who became the organiser of gambling nights for Hollywood actors, Wall St. financial types and, allegedly, the Russian mafia.

Troy, The Odyssey. I have seen other examples of similarly remarkable story telling (e.g. King Arthur -Excalibur Rising)...but only rarely.
