Baines' left foot
Player Valuation: £90m
In reckon it’s down to whether Lampard fancies him you know!!!!
Funny enough i have been thinking will Man utd go for Zouma,if that happenedLet’s hope Utd don’t turn their attentions towards Zouma if Leicester are playing hardball
I know which player I’d rather have
I think this is going to go one of two ways, either Chelsea will accept our offer, or they will want to keep him and develop him, its an either or
Yeah but the 4th, who, do any of the other top 6 really need him so bad? but more so will Chelsea want to help another top 6 club and make there season harder next year?3rd way, keep him for the bench. obviously zouma won't be happy with that.
4th way, accept someone elses offer
John Stones sits on Cities bench week after week and he cost 50m.
Those are the levels required to truely compete now.
Lampard will be loyal to Tomori and Zouma wanting to leave solves a problem for them anyway. We’ll sign him
Lets hope Zouma has it in him to tell Chelsea he wants to go,as think press or whoever its been have been saying hes not the type of player to do that type of thing, and hopefully hes not took in by what Lampard may say,As chelsea been Chelsea could have another new boss in a year or so...I agree. If Lampard is keen on keeping Zouma he’ll try and convince him to stay but if the player wants to leave then that’s usually what happens.

Personally think Lampard is a lunatic going there-but it may be his one time only [and probably expected it many years in the future] ,thinking he will get time, time i dont think chelsea will give him,the fans will do and its a decision from chelsea to get them back onside, but for me a wrong choice by chelsea to go for someone that's had one year as a boss....a lot of this stuff is managed by agents, though. If Lampard really wants to keep Zouma, he might ask for a meeting to try and convince him to stay.
Encouraging noises coming from a London Journo, especially the quote from Lampard about Tomori’s development, sounds very much like he see’s him as his player.:—
Speaking to RamsTv about the defender back in April, Lampard claimed that Tomori "can go to the top" if he continues to progress.
“His progression this year has been incredible,” he said. “From when he came in, he was a good young player anyway, but you can see how pivotal he has been in our team. He has grown from within and I’ve enjoyed working with him day to day.
“He wants to learn and improve his game but all the attributes he has, he is using them. There is still a lot more steps in him to go but he was incredible on Saturday against Rotherham.
He performed from the first minute until the last and when he plays like that, it’s scary to think how good he can be. He can go to the top if he plays like he did on Saturday and can get better.”
“I’ve always said with loans that it is a two-way street. They do well for us, hopefully we do well for them, and they go back to their clubs improved. It is satisfaction because, like most of the young players, they are sponges, they want to learn, they are hungry and do well at this club."
The next step for Tomori is to make a name for himself in the Premier League and having Lampard and Morris back at Chelsea could see him do that with the Blues.
Zouma has played regularly for both Everton and Stoke over the past two seasons and there's no way he'll want to find himself back on the bench and waiting for an opportunity to arise in the first team when he could be playing week in, week out elsewhere.
Tomori is going to play a key role for Chelsea in the future and he may prove decisive as to whether or not Zouma is still a Blues player come the league opener against Manchester tUnited on Sunday, August 11.
