It's possible he'll only play 45 minutes, or his national manager doesn't give a **** about any move. It's not like he can say he's injured the night before he is gonna have a medical.

Just googled 'Kevin mirallas, everton' and there are 55 articles linked to The Guardian article, most stating that we are the favourites to sign him, terms and fee agreed etc.....looking very likely, plus I believe the photo of Moyes and his agent isn't blag and probably taken today.
