Dibling should be in the side when he shows he can be a plus for the team.
Up to now we have seen nothing to say he would at the moment.
Saying that I think he will eventually given time come good.

Grealish out for 3 months. Absolutely no excuses now they’ve got to go out and find a wide player. Dibling isn’t fancied and McNeil is nowhere near good enough so we’ve essentially got Ndiaye and Alcaraz/Aznou that can fill in playing out of position. Do your job recruitment team

Harry Wilson is out of contract at Fulham in the Summer, has prem experience and we could get him at a discounted price this January. Plays right wing and Illy could go back to the left.

Not really sure we won because of McNeil. Hes also played a lot when we’ve lost and he’s been terrible.
Prior to Villa we’d won 1 in 7 and he’d featured in most of them

Generally stuff like this is built into the contract. You are on loan, you get an injury, you are out, you generally go back.

…..I’ve posted after each performance that Patterson did fine and we actually looked better balanced with a conventional RB in the team. Saying that, I still think he’s a poor defender, which is clearly why a succession of managers have avoided playing him. I understand why Moyes plays O’Brien over him.

I’m sure he’ll start on Monday, hopefully he plays well.

Why are Dibling and McNeil being discussed in this thread? we've already signed them , they have their respective threads , I love when certain posters agendas spill over into unrelated realms. Anyway I'd be content with Wilson as a wide option, right back should be a priority as well with depressing Jack news .
