January Transfer Window 2026

For me the priority should still be full backs. Indeed maybe even more important we get at least one.

We have players who can play on the wing and no matter who it is it would greatly help them to be supported by better full backs.

Or if you panic sign another winger at the expense of full backs they will still be let down by the lack of support.

Obviously on an ideal world do both but feels unlikely.
Agreed.

This window

At least 1 X RB option.

Summer:

- LB and CF, everything else improving steadily.
- Need to think about legs to cover Gana next season.

Not sure I'd extend Jack beyond this season. He's been good overall and great in moments. I think the space in wages could be used differently.

And how do you get past underperforming, you get your backside out their and take your chance.

Look at Barry's face at the beginning.
Look at McNeil attitude early on.
Both given a proper run and Look at the change..
Tim had some poor displays.
Tarks has had some poor displays
Patterson has now got himself back on the pitch..

….the anti-Moyes brigade want Dibling to play over McNeil, Moyes selects McNeil v Villa and gets a great win yet there’s still an insistence he plays Dibling.

Play McNeil at Villa and win, they complain over the selection. Play Dibling at Villa and lose & they’ll be the first ones posting after the game that Moyes should be sacked

It’s crazy and sad - with a bit of support to glasner, I think they could have kicked on even more.

Instead it’s gone the other way completely.

Always had a soft spot for palace, not just because there’s a few sound palace fans on here.
I liked them as a young teenager when they beat the RS in the cup semi final in 1990 4-3 as it was a sign the Liverpool dominance was officially over 👍
