How can you say “Israel was attacked” like it came from nowhere, like it was because Hamas just felt like doing it for no reason. Israel has Palestine under illegal blockade. They have the Palestinians living as third class citizens in an apartheid state. They move in Israeli settlers on stolen Palestinian land and regularly kill Palestinian kids. All of this was happening BEFORE the Hamas attack last week. This is all happening because of Israel’s long term policies.

This is the problem. Some see Hamas actions justified. It's sickening but it doesnt suprise me anymore.

Murder and imprison people for 50 years then shocked when they snap. The thing is, we all condone hamas for killing 1300 civilians, will you condone isrsel fir murdering 4000 civilians this week (and tens of thousands prior to this)???

Why do people like @Eggs @Yid4life @Zatara @TheFinnFan rightfully condemn the murder of 1300 innocent civilians by hamas terrorists but not condemn the murder of currently 3500 innocent civilians by the Israeli government?? I won’t even talk about the levelling of a city !

I condemn any murder of civilian. I also say war is hell and war against Hamas will undoubtedly bring civilian casualties...largely because of Hamas and their military tactics that feeds from casualties of their own people..
Act of terror that was directed towards civilians is whole different level. Can you acknowledge that?

….one is a very sad consequence of the other. Israel was attacked, many young people slaughtered in a most vile manner because they were Jews. Hundreds more taken hostage and taken into Gaza to suffer unimaginable consequences. At this very moment there is a news conference being held by parents of children taken hostage by Hamas.

Whilst we all are United in recognising that barbaric act, i and many others understand the Israeli reaction. It’s not saying everybody shouldn’t be working at ways of resolving the conflict.

Think thatw a very narrow interpretation mate, its like saying the troubles in Northern Ireland was because people were Catholic and Protestant.

Destroying mosques too in missile attacks. Another war crime. Nobody will be held to account though. Two hospitals targeted, one fully destroyed. There are no words for their barbarity. I hope their country pays a huge price for this in years to come.

This was global news and other reports will show how much aid and money has been sent to Gaza -- legitimately.

There has to be a point where its also acknowledged that Hamas arent passing along to the population.

Israeli cutting off water/electicity is terrible for innocent civilians.

Equally (or worse) Hamas depriving innocent civilians of aid meant for them is awful.

Its been reported (not sure if true) that UNICEF medical bags and first aid were found after the Hamas attack.

To truly free Palestinians is one thing...to rid them of Hamas at least gives them access to supplies and care packages without fear of them being robbed by Hamas.

It doesnt matter what you say...theres always a BUT ISRAEL DID THIS. As if their citizens deserve it or the level of terrorism should be condoned and expected.
