Vlasic was the new Besic for me. A young european player with glimpses of brilliant potential that we got in on early. Really hoped both would work out and be outstanding blues one day. I'm surprised that Besic looks to have more future here than Vlasic...

Hate giving up on good young talent like Vlasic or Lookman, hope the sell prices are great, if not, loan them.

You could put the pair of them together in a midfield 2 and they’ll do a better job than Gueye and Schneiderlin.

I saw them with my own eyes. I cant be conned about quality. I dont rely on know-nothing half-wits who write for the Echo slobbering all over what they think is a fan favourite to tell me about a player. Gough and Weir wouldn't have troubled the subs bench in any decent Kendall squad. That's my criteria, what's yours?

When you look at Gough’s full career, he was a Champions League level defender. And Weir was a key Everton player for years.
