I think he's a very, very good player, but I reserve the label of great to those at the very top.

I'd say we're lucky in that Fellaini, Pienaar and Arteta in particular are all very, very good players. Of those, Felli has the potential to become a great player.

The Spanish press have been leaving me alone for the last few weeks.

Seriously, they rate him here in Spain and trawl out the regular lazy journo stuff about him wanting to come home. There was an article about him coming back from a year out injured in which he reiterated his love for the blues.
They do tend to agree with what most people on the site say, ie. Xavi and Iniesta blah, blah, blah. Wealth of talent in midfield blah, blah, blah. Ghost is a bad racialist blah, blah blah. Goat is a melt ha, ha, ha

I can't believe that so many of you say "good but not great". He's not quite Fabregas, but I would take him over almost any other central midfielder in the EPL.
