Im more of a lurker on this thread&have observed over the last few years...have seen you arguments..pro&con(And may I say well done to stick to your guns) however, the vote to leave the EU can only do 1 perfect thing....DIVIDE...Both internally&externally...two first ministers came out for Scotland&Wales and are very worried...up the north we cant even sort a governement allowing the subversives to regain ground within their neighbourhoods...This is a DISASTER...for us all...sorry rant over apologies

It is beyond irony that two of the regional First Ministers, in Scotland and Wales, pointed out to Johnson in no uncertain terms how disastrous his policies are.....yet the First Minister in the region with most to lose in this fiasco will welcome him very warmly when he arrives in Belfast.

And don’t forget the Liverpool Irish......me and @davek stand four square with our ancient sireland :celebrate:
Your knowledge and understanding of our history and politics already qualifies you as FBI - Full Blooded Irish, don't worry about that K.

Having lived on Merseyside for several years I am well aware that almost all people from the city/area will be disgusted at their own government's present strategy to bully the Irish government and people into submission over Brexit. And I include "the other lot" in that as well. This is far too important.

Do you even read what you reply to or what that particular response was about.....

You responded to me saying why calling him Boris is dangerous and shows a major subservience to the elite. You responded 'Boris it is...' and I'm assuming you don't actually think you call him that for those reasons. If I've got it wrong, why won't you say in what way rather than chucking your dots about again....

So Boris the Bully is in Belfast tonight having dinner with.....yes, you guessed it, the DUP.

This b'stard is more concerned with saving his own skin than anything else.

Or......maybe the DUP will discuss this little issue with Johnson.

The flagship employer in the DUP heartlands of East Belfast.

In imminent danger with hundreds of jobs at stake and a sit in now in progress.

I wonder if their local DUP MP is there to support them.

Nowt to do with Brexit probably but this great government which the DUP alone among the regional governments kowtow to have just wioed theur hands of the matter.

I bet it isn’t even discussed.

Hence why you've used phrases like 'welcome to the big boys league......' because of that friendship and respect, right?

I’ve said it before and I’ve seen and heard nothing to change my view, Varadkar has single handedly ruined any chance of a deal with his political manoeuvrings and demands. All the while stating, and often repeated on here by his supporters, that he has 26 countries backing him up. Well very shortly he is going to find out what the big boys league is all about...

What manoeuvring?
The UK and EU agreed the WA
The DUP blocked it
The HoC wouldn't vote it through

It is a disaster, but what is causing it. The U.K. voted to leave. The Scottish FM just wants independence and is using the fact that Scotland voted Remain as the excuse. The Welsh FM is Labour and although Wales voted overwhelmingly to leave is still playing party politics. The disaster has come about because Remainers will not accept the result of the vote, and that is it in a nutshell. We had a vote and they will not accept it, that is the real democratic disaster......no need to apologise for a rant, we all have differing viewpoints......
