If mercenaries want to leave let them. Our priority should be MOYES.

Cheers, Sheeds.

I did just throw 2 names into the mix as "possible" gaffers who might be able to do a job.

EXACTLY the same kind of risk we took back in 2012 with Moyes, who was hitherto unproven and tested only in the lwoer leagues.

I honestly despair at not just the mindset of some of our fans who honestly can't see past Moyes, but them very same fans who decry any notion of possible replacements as "taking a risk", when that was the case with their 'messiah'.

It's a different situation now to when moyes took over. He couldn't really do worse than the few before him and a change had to be made..

Where do u think a new possible manager could actually take us?? MAYBE a cup win? MAYBE 4th??

You've got to way up the Pro's and cons.... We'v got a lot more to lose than gain by going with a new manager.

One in the hand is better than 2.... Ect ect.
There really are no miracle workers out there who could turn us into utd city ect.. Without a new board

Do love this phrase. Not saying I disagree or anything with you bud. But that phrase is used often, yet it seems to me that football is the only business where businesses are quite alright with losing millions of pounds every year.

Its just quite silly using that phrase, because if football is a business, its a business that stinks.

It's a business if you're running it properly, just like any other business.

They're people with careers, not bloody volunteers mate. If they get a better paying job they're not mercenaries, they're intelligent people with ambitions.

We're not living in the romantic 1950s anymore, I wish more people would get used to it, football is a business, not a Sunday kick around.

In business, contracts are enforced.

Fellaini has more than 4 years left on a 5 year contract he signed last year. Bet he didn't tell Mirallas he was thinking of leaving when he talked him into joining us just a few weeks ago.

Its not comparable as football is the only 'business' where you can't just resign or work your notice but if your a football player then of course it's a job, perhaps with many other factors but a job none the less.

In business, contracts are often re-negotiated or settled prior to their expiration to the benefit of all parties.

Personally, part of the joy of supporting my team and turning up (when I'm back in the UK) to watch them, is in the hope that maybe, MAYBE we will win something. Football in general provides me with a perfect escape from everyday life, the humdrum of all the tedium and bull****. Everton takes that to the Nth degree, and the possibility of them once again giving me that buzz when the ref blows the final whistle at a Cup Final or last league game, and you've won the shiny pot.....nothing compares to that. No bird. No drug. Nothing (well, maybe a last minute clincher over the park!).

The fact that maybe we will, is good enough for me. It gives me hope.

Sadly, under Moyes, I just don't have that hope. And for that reason, I'm not averse to taking a leap of faith.

To be honest I'm not arsed who leaves us anymore, cos if they dont want to play for us then shut the door on the way out, Moyes got Fellaini to sign a new contract, he could have easily seen his contract out, was surpised when he signed it.

The lad got a right to play for who he wants, contracts mean nothing anymore cos they just spit their dummy out and forced the move anyway.

Recken Moyes will sign a new contract, he in no rush.

He'll sign a 3 year, £4mill a year deal.

He's not being pulled left right and centre for any other job bigger than the one he's got.

He knows this.

There's as much chance as moyes bringing in a cup as another new manager.

And the truth is the way the club has been financed over the last decade we have no Devine right to have won a trophy.

Why are people saying if a player gets 50k a week for a few years they are set up for life? Most people earn £9-20k a year. These people earn that in a week. It's a joke whatever way you look at it. John Barnes earlier regarding Hillsborough said that he knew that quotes like 'football is more important than life or death' and similar were effective but nonsense. These guys earn a ridiculous amount for kicing a ball around and for chasing kid's dreams. Most of them are ****e, too. Moyes is not Everton FC. n fact, if he leaves, he's done nothing but stabilise a club more than Smith started to do (despite some of you younger fans not realising what has been going on for a long time). Moyes may be important but he's no Everton legend right.

My point is people are set up for life if they earn 50k in a year, nevermind a week. In this day and age, and with most beings actually being fake aliens rather than humans like me and whom I thought everyone else was like to. Life is depressing is my point suppose and that I have no talent other than to talk ****.
