Jesus Navas is an absolutely quality player, and he would be brilliant, but as said, its a completely made up rumour, he would never move countries.

Isn't his homesickness something he got over several years ago? He's had no problems going abroad with Spain since has he?

Seriously everyone, I have a few questions/issues with this rumor
-First, would you be willing to part with Arteta for Navas(a younger and arguably better player with a World cup and 11 caps)
-Second: is this true? I believe Tubey but I doubt many spaniards would be confident in Everton after seeing Mikel Arteta get no caps despite playing brilliant football.
-Third: Do we have any money? We have been linked to all types of players today alone. Is Moyes actually getting the 15 million he needs from the board? Only time will tell

The only reason people are questioning this is because we have got used to everton not being in for big players and having no money, but i see no reason in this particular case to doubt tubey. He seems convinced, and why would he keep on about it and open himself to ridicule from everyone on here. It kinda makes sense with the arteta wanting to retrurn home stories that have been out in the open for a long time now.

Be sad to see mikel go but if we can somehow convince this lad to come the other way it,d be amazing. The red sh#te would be favourites as they could probably blow us out of the water with wages. Interesting times.
