Does scrolling down an iPad screen with your right index finger count as exercise in the great scheme of things, oh yes, and while still lying in bed at the same time.
 
Oh ffs no wonder I've been avoiding the scale. Since I started at my new job 8 months ago I've put on a stone.
Figured I'd put some weight and felt that I'm not in the best of shapes as been having little injuries but now I guess I really need to up my exercise and start eating green and skip bevvy until I've lost that stone. Ffs ffs ffs. Had to go dash a quick run in the freeze already :D
 
Simple but easy tips to cut down the amount of Kcals you eat and (probably) lose weight;

Chew your food for twice as long as you normally do. This improves digestion and lets your stomach alert your brain to when your full in time, most people don't stop until they're over full.

Eat your meals with smaller cutlery. Same principle as the above one

Use smaller plates. This should cut down the amount of food you ingest and in time will re-programme your mind as to the amount of food needed to feel satiated.

Always leave some food on the plate.

Only eats carbs at breakfast for a month.

Have a proper look at your liquid calories. One guy was drinking 10 cups of tea a day with x2 sugars. Thats 20 spoons of sugar a day before you even consider alcohol.

Never go food shopping when your hungry. You know why!

i do something like this, muesli for breakfast then just eat fruit thoughout the day and a nice tea with chicken or fish. this part of my diet is ok, the problem i have is the sweet an crisp cupboard. i will be cutting the crap out.

Yeah, I don't have much of a morning appetite, but I'm into muesli in the morning, usually skip lunch cos I'm working ( don't like stopping at midday) and eat crap for tea cos I'm knackered.


Need routine.
