If we where to remain at goodison and redevelop the ground I would understand not wanting to sell naming rights, but if we announced the move to a new ground and at the same time signed a deal to have the name USM goodison before we moved to USM banks of the royal blue Mersey stadium, I don't see what the issue would be. (Apart from length of name, before any one says anything)

For two years we had a name attached to the proud heritage of goodison if it gave us a stadium that we can equally look back on with found memories as goodison in future years then I would say let's progress.

Show me the money and change the name. I think it'd end up with people shocked to find out years later that it wasn't called Goodison Park similar in a way to my shock at finding out West Ham's ground wasn't called Upton park even though commentators and computer games had referred to it as such my whole life.

The world is a changing place were nostalgia counts for nothing anymore, we either move with the times or we standstill like we have done for 30 years or so.
Besides, like most on here, it will always be Goodison regardless.

If we announce the new stadium this year, we are looking at moving Aug 2020 or Aug 2021

If we could sell the Goodison stadium rights for a few years to help with Financial Fair Play, its a no brainer.

I would say £10m a year, helps the club, boosts the profile and we will always call it Goodison.
