I think this is just a good argument for getting rid of legacy admissions and a total revamp of the system, this ruling doesn't stop a system that favours people based on socio-economic disadvantage. I am surprised the court ruled along ideological grounds, all the most persuasive arguments I've heard against 'race' based AA have come from liberals and black intellectuals.

A tad misleading as I understand it. The lady who brought the case insisted she would not discriminate against anyone's sexuality. It was the custom nature of requested designs she was fighting against. She has a right NOT to make a wedding cake with a ten inch c**k decorated on it.
I can't even imagine what it is like to be Kagan, Sotomayor or Jackson on this SCOTUS.
