The justices rejected the “independent state legislature" theory, which Trump supporters cited during the 2020 election. The theory would have restricted the power of state courts to review certain election laws.

Roberts and Kavanaugh got Coney Barrett on this one? Never saw that coming. It's disturbing enough that Gorsuch and Alito sided with Thomas, but I expected that.

Logically speaking, the state and federal constitutions have to supersede state legislatures. Otherwise, the Fourteenth Amendment is invalid, and one-man-one-vote does not apply. The Nineteenth Amendment doesn't either, which may be how they got to Coney Barrett.

By good guys I meant Asians. It is Asians most adversely effected by race based college admissions.
