Roberts and Kavanaugh got Coney Barrett on this one? Never saw that coming. It's disturbing enough that Gorsuch and Alito sided with Thomas, but I expected that.

Logically speaking, the state and federal constitutions have to supersede state legislatures. Otherwise, the Fourteenth Amendment is invalid, and one-man-one-vote does not apply. The Nineteenth Amendment doesn't either, which may be how they got to Coney Barrett.

SCOTUS rules college admissions based on race are unconstitutional. A win for the good guys. Though expect colleges to quietly jettison test scores and intelligence as an entry to their establishments. Soon even you or I may be able to study Medicine or Physics at Harvard.

Yeah the problem with the Ivy League was too many browns. Not the nepotism that meant only 57% of white students were admitted on merit.

Guess it depends on your definition of ‘good guys’ here. If good guys are people like yourself who support a sex criminal then I’m on Team Bad please

Moving words from Clarence Thomas:

"While I am painfully aware of the social and economic ravages which have befallen my race and all who suffer discrimination, I hold out enduring hope that this country will live up to its principles so clearly enunciated in the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution of the United States: that all men are created equal, are equal citizens, and must be treated equally before the law."
