That's unlikely - it's a young Court primarily because none of them were nominated at an age above 55. A couple of generations ago, it was fairly evenly split between members appointed young (William O. Douglas took his seat at age 40) and members who were +/- age 60 at appointment.

I don't even have the words. I mean, I do, the word is 'whore' but that usage is going to set @RAFUH off.
I'll defend the usage. It's the intellectual variety, and it is unambiguously the word. We have the genderless 'sellout', but it describes a lesser variety of intellectual treason. The corresponding word for a male is on Carlin's list, and is auto-censored here. If RAFUH wants to argue that there's gender bias in that fact, I'll concede that point.
