Ghost is around, Melisandre is around, the 2 combined should see him come back to life in some variety. Maybe he'll warg Ghost or Mel gives him the kiss of life thing or both.
Jon technically dies, so his watch is over. He's resurrected and is no longer bound by oath to the Watch. Turns out this was Melisandre's plan all along and Stannis was her means to an end. Jon is actually Azor Ahai reborn (at least in part). The free folk and Stannis' defectors witness the resurrection and swear fealty to Jon.
