we are trying to fit players in the midfield when their isnt room or the right balance.
He has to pick either cahill of fellaini and put the other on the bench.

the situation with osman playing wide right is getting desperate now.

He doesnt really have the options though does he? Cahill will play over Fellain when Arteta is back. Untill then, unless we put Osman in the middle which Moyes wont do, its Fellaini and Cahill.

Apart from our lack of money, shitty board would it be desirable if Moyes did walk. Is Moyes the real problem?

Agains, what options he got? But then again, he could change it up, he could take a chance like today he could've played a younger centre half instead of Neville.

But Moyes only changes things up when someone is injured or cant play.

Love the man to bits, but its either the squad size, the lack of players, or the fact hes stubborn...to many reasons, not just the one.

Its blindingly obvious really that for his positives and the good things he has achieved for this club Moyes certainly has some major flaws which are evident for all to see (apart from seemingly himself).

And just as he deserves credit for getting us where we are he always needs to take responsibility for us when we are crap.

We have 9 days to bring in 5 players. The closer it gets to the deadline the less chance we have of bringing in more than 2 or 3.
Someone at our club has to take the blame for this happening again.
Though we all know that we dont have anyone capable of telling the truth at our club.

Cahill has been non-existent in the first three games and seems more effective for his National side. I am also amazed how many people are getting on Osman's back. I reallise we need strengthening down the right hand side but so far this season, we have been more productive down the right than we have on the opposite flank with Baines and Pienaar. We need to stop looking for the repetitive scapegoats to blame and look at the whole picture.

We lost against Arsenal heavily because of Moyes pig ignorance to play Lescott. We won against Sigma after a shaky start, with a mixture of leaving out Lescott and an inspired performance from Rodwell. We lost today because Howard's poor positioning. Howard has been prone over the years to be caught off his line and that is what ultimately cost us today. Hibbert who also takes the brunt of abuse, won us the penalty this afternoon, yet again another goalscoring opportunity that has come down the right channel early this season. Dont become like the Red Shytes fans, i beg you all.

Osman is a very good Championship player mate, he isn't good enough for the Premier league. Do you think he is? Or do you just refuse to criticise any Everton player?

He's far from a Championship player.

He's a centre midfielder playing outwide, that's the problem. He's a player who simply isn't suited to playing wide right.

i havent seen the game but the reports ive read burnley deserved the win overall how could that possibly be howards fault ?????

again hav to see the peno but sounds like we conned it it wasnt 100% genuine so if thats the case not an ideal case forward for the "right" side of the team

we lost cause once again things are not right in the team which is amazin how we continue to start like this season after season

I criticise our players pal, infact i have been told off on here for doing so. I criticise when it is called for. Hibbert and Osman may not be the greatest players we have, but they are decent squad players and are certainly of Premier League standard. I dont just decide to go on the repetitive bandwagon and blame these two players for each poor team performance. Not once have i heard criticism of Cahill who just has not performed at all so far. He has scored four times in two games recently for Australia but seems not to be interested in an Everton shirt.

In all fairness mate, he is playing out of position.

He should replace Fellaini soon enough.

So why is he there then? If he's so good in the middle how come a man on 55k a week can't see that he's playing out of position?

i think we all hav aright to **** off whoever we think isnt doin a good enough job on the day to what they should be doing for the position they are playing in

but i do agree sometimes the same names get thrown in when others are getting away with our lyrical waxing

But on Thursday they werent goals worked from the right wing, and not by Osman - unless you call falling over by a light tap a foul for the 2 set-piece goals that Rodwell got when the ball bounced from 5 players a "set-up". Fellaini set up the 1st, Pienaar the 3rd, and Saha basically created the 4th on his own.

He's not a winger, never has been. When he plays well is when he moves inside more centrally. When he does that...it leaves massive gaps on the right so Hibbert cant get forward. Osman rarely tracks back with his right back, offers not support for him. Hibberts not great (he likes to back off and back off for an enternity from attackers) but he's hasnt had an out and out winger or someone that covers for him so it hurts his game.

Osman was awful today and was bullied off the ball like he was 10 years old. He's got no strength whatsoever, not to beat anyone or take any one on down the wing. Left backs eat him for breakfast.

I'd honestly play him in central midfield but on paper Fellaini and Cahill are much stronger and offer a fight.

The reason why Pienaar and Baines arent clicking (I think they are, they're the far most creative in the team and most engergetic) is because its exactly what we said at the end of last year - stop the left and pound he right and you'll stop everton.

And why is that, mate? Something shitty is going on there at the moment. It runs deeper than this Lescott business.
