Done well today as Blackburn's grocks are going to cause many problems to teams this year. Shame they're a bit [Poor language removed] elsewhere. Yobo and Distin are starting to look pretty solid and as long as Rodwell and Pienaar remain in that form we should be alright.

Saha, as said before, is a class above. It makes the difference in games like this with players like him.

Roll on a busy period with loads of games. This week has been just what was needed, maintaining the momentum is whats needed with some very winable games coming up.

Pienaar was man of the match for me, he's really starting to stamp his authority on games whereas in the past it's been a bit in and out. He's a real gem and keeps getting better and better.

Rodwell was reliable and sold in the middle, kept things ticking over. The balance looked alot better in midfield with Fellaini and Cahill interchanging positions.

Heitinga looks like a capable footballer, not really the bombing on fullback we need but he was picking passes in there and always looking to go to feet. Once he beds in I think he'll be a useful player for us.

Louis Saha is just a fantastic player, a world class talent who's career has been limited by injuries. Link up play was much better and he's lethal infront of goal.

Much improved all round really.

When did Pienaar learn to shoot? He's got an awesome shot on him from distance.

Just read this report, absolutely no mention of us controlling the game and playing ALL the football - instead they manage to make comparisons between the two teams style of play and even get a dig in about Saha not playing in front of a big house anymore.

Lazy journalist tits like that do my head in. We play some uber soccer these days, Blackburn are horrendous to watch but effective.

I agree there mate. Bad write up. The hoof seemed to have been stamped out today. All the balloon balls were from Blackburn for which they did cause a few problems.

We knocked it around well.

There was something missing today though. Blackburn were awful but still created the odd chance. There seems to be a lot of backing off from players hitting our area, and also some sharpness not there in the midfield to win the ball sometimes.

Not bashing Rodwell but I think he needs to get that sorted if he wants to stay put. He needs to be quicker in the tackle and read the danger IMO.

Game was won pretty much as soon as we touched the ball. Blackburn offered nothing at all.

Impressed with the usual suspects, but once again I found myself frustrated at the ridiculous subs again.

Game is won right? Who needs games? Who needs minutes to sharpen up some fitness?

Yakubu that is who! Not Jo, not Hibbert and not Gosling.

For me it really pissed me off, Moyes is just far too predictable in his changes and none of the three that came on made an impact whatsoever.

They were nothing subs where nothing was gained. We could have taken advantage of the situation and brought on Yak, Wallace and Agard.

Silly again from Moyes, he gets a 3 from me!

Well once he gets out of his teens that will come :D Reading the game and good positioning only comes from learning through experience.

I can't believe someone actually thinks we would be a better side minus rodwell:unsure:
take rodwell out take the link man out. football stops, hoofball starts.

just got in got the result f*****G delighted we got 3 pts once thats sorted then we can banter bout the style but early reports seem to suggest we played well again twice in 1 week(y)

7 goals for 0 against and some are still trying to tinker with the team

absolute pricless
