I'll take that tbh. For the people saying it was negative, it was a step back to the Moyes era etc... It's completely unrealistic to think we could go out there and dominate them given how we've played this season. We had to avoid a beating to maintain our unbeaten run.

The last thing I wanted was a repeat of the 4-0 so yeah, I'll take it. We're still on the road to recovery.
Why was it? Play players in their actual positions and I think we could have done them. Rom in the centre, Lennon instead of Naismith, possibly even Barkley instead of Barry who was (again) a leaden-footed liability.

I know we should be 'pleased' with a draw in a derby, but it was just the manner in which it happened which has really pi-ssed me off. Shockingly low on confidence and absolutely clueless.

When he goes down the tunnel it means he's not happy with himself. Not with the decision subbing him, never. Those times passed, he never critisizes any managerial decision.
He's got nothing to be down about today, one of the top 3 players for us again, and he normally is week in week out while Barry stays on playing gash.

Defended well, restricted them and I think Mignolet's only save was better than any of Robles' I reckon. Unfortunately other than that we didn't really look like scoring.

Basically, good at the back, not so good up front.

Disagree about Lennon who did little.

RM wanted above all not to lose and packed midfield which is ok but in that case make sure that the attack has some threat.

Did Naismith ever run beyond Lukaku? Did he ever worry their central defenders?

Barkley is not match fit but in one pass nearly won us the match.

I think it was a case tonight don't lose it,which we done with ease against the team top of the form table.Apart from the shot that hit the post,Coleman had the next best chance,we had a difficult run Palace away,Liverpool home and next Chelsea we could easily lost all 3 and we now have 4 points,so scrape a point at Chelsea I'll be well pleased. Then the euro games and Leicester at home,we can start to crack on,I would like though to see Kone given 20 mins if Lukaku looks like he isn't doing good enough.

Or play with two strikers. Why has that become such a strange idea the last few years?

That's not my point. My point is that we're so pedestrian in the final third, it'd be nice to actually have a go at goal rather than pussyfoot around their penalty area doing sod all.

It's not something unique to this game.. We've been like it in loads of games
Didnt say it was mate, and know spot on what you mean, just saying as proved in the last few seconds via my facebook lol,
