Already have the DVR ready to go for Sunday - will have to watch it after the Cowboys take care of the Giants on Sunday night. Off to the Bears-Steelers game while Everton is being shown.

So far, I have been thoroughly impressed with the ESPN2 coverage - far better than I anticipated.

Yep. Hopefully it's only a matter of time before Everton are shown.

Woah... tap the breaks on that one. I'm no NY fan and live near Dallas, but.... I need to see results from these cowboys. It's been too long.

Agreed. But they looked less than impressive Sunday against the Giants. The new Cowboys Stadium looks utterly ridiculous - can't wait to get back for a game.

ESPN kept it much like an English broadcast which is not what I expected - thought I'd see dancing robots and Alexi Lalas but well done, ESPN. Between ESPN, FSC and Gol!, I think I'm getting my footie fix much to my wife's chagrin.

More impressed there are other Cowboys fans on GOT!!!

How 'bout them Cowboys!!!

Portsmouth vs. Everton, Saturday, September 26, 7:30AM EDT (LIVE) on ESPN2 and ESPN2 HD.

Yeah baby !!!!

jeez ... that's 4:30 a.m. my time. Being that I don't get off work until 1 a.m. most nights, I'll have to decide if I'm staying up to watch it (which will mean not going to bed until about 7 a.m.) or trying to catch a quick post-work nap.

I think I'm leaning toward chasing work with a few brews and staying awake (y)

I am gonna say this politely. Feck the Cowboys.

Just a question from a pretty naive native of good ole Blighty , but how much Premiership football is shown over in the states? Also how is it perceived by the American public?
