Brands in charge of football and probably an academy director alongside him to assist with that, ensuring that there is a clear pathway to the first team and a footballing philosophy/way of playing that is present throughout all levels and age groups, with individual development taking utmost priority. Moshiri the owner obviously with him and others working together to discuss decision-making about the club's efficient day to day running as a business. If they are not up to the task or are not the best people for the job then get rid. It really is as simple as that.
