Leave Baxendale in charge of the non-footballing side of things such as the charity and our community work. Brands in charge of football and probably an academy director alongside him to assist with that, ensuring that there is a clear pathway to the first team and a footballing philosophy/way of playing that is present throughout all levels and age groups, with individual development taking utmost priority. Moshiri the owner obviously with him and others working together to discuss decision-making about the club's efficient day to day running as a business. If they are not up to the task or are not the best people for the job then get rid. It really is as simple as that.

At this moment in time it appears as if no one knows what their role is and we have everyone trying to do eachother's job - no structure or plan whatsoever. Alot of roles for the sake of roles with Brands seemingly just being given the mantle of "glorified head scout" by Moshiri. The whole operation stinks of jobs for the boys, make it up as you go along - how many yes men or other mates of Bill are on the board or involved in the running of the club in some capacity?

Baxendale is every bit as bad was Elstone. She too is favouring a return for Moyes, which sums her ambitions up. Get her out along with Kenwright.

Maybe she should of stayed in her previous role, EITC is something to be proud of and it could be a case of if it ain’t broke don’t fix it.

Admittedly I was a little underwhelmed by her appointment, was hoping for someone of experience and talent in the football side of things after the pompous Elstone left.

As others have said - we are not a football club anymore just a charity with football secondary as an extension.

The board care only for EITC & BMD the "project" the board speak of is absolute garbage - back a lame duck and hope it works regardless of the evidence smacking them in the face that it doesnt.

Moshiri is a moron - pishing money down the drain to finish bottom half whilst clubs like Leicester & Wolves overtake us which they well and truly have.

Embarassing what we have become these past few years - not even best of the rest anymore just another Newcastle hoping to get 40 points every season.

Not only have you got to have virtually unlimited funds to make the leap into the challenging group but also the will to spend it.

Only Roman and Mansoor have fitted that bill our guys are of the Randy Lerner, Hicks and Gilette, Venkys, Mike Ashley type who spend more than previous regimes but ultimately realise they've bitten off more than they can chew and understandably become more cautious.

Then comes the real danger.

The euphoria surrounding the prayed for financial saviour gives way to despair as the drip, drip effect of continuous cock ups unerringly points to another false dawn. The faithful lash out at all and sundry fuelling desperation both on and off the pitch and the corrosion of unfulfilled ambition burns it's way through the club like a nuclear spillage .

Calls for Moyes and the stable days of non ambition are understandable everyone knew where and when we would lose and challenging for silverware wasn't even up for discussion but the delusion it might happen made the endless excuses palatable.

Not for me mind

Unless Usmanov comes on board we aint going anywhere until Moshiri sells up (and Kenwright subsequently also leaves).

It really is that stark and the essential caveat with uncle uzi is he must be prepared to spend like Roman and Mansoor buying loads of players till eventually a proper team pops out. Isolated "names" like Snides and Gylfi and "potential" like Kean will do nothing

Not just the money aspect- an oligarch like Usmanov would be embarrassed having a team like us yo yoing in the bottom half.

He would give us the drive needed from the top to succeed.
