Hi,
I have been playing a great browser game and I really enjoy it. You manage your own team and play against real players from all over the world. You can make your football/hockey or/and handball team(s). The game has good forum in many languages! Join in, you won't regret it!

So glad you're banned.

How'd we do lads?

Did we give em hell?

Both their goals were borderline offside and we played a ridiculously high line in the first half. Still we hit the post, had a legitimate-looking goal by Distin ruled out and a penalty shout right on the edge of the box. And we did it without being ultra-defensive.

We're not quite at it but it shouldn't take us too long to properly find our feet.

good post , they were lucky we wernt taking it seriously we would have beaten them , two good workouts agaist two top teams and we have done ok,we are work in progress, the manager has seen the players ,tried a few things tactics wise all in all we are going along nice and steady.

Agreed.

I think that most teams away from home would take a win against Juve and a 2-1 defeat to arguably the 2nd best team in the world at the minute.

They fielded a very strong starting XI, and we played too high which cost us twice. They made a few subs 2nd half, which 'arguably' helped us. But we'd shown flashes prior to that, and their goals were on the counter and completely against the run of play. The scoreline wasn't a true reflection of the game. We looked good, and we looked up for it. Distin's goal should've stood, and we should've had a pen. All in all, we can hold our heads high after that.

.....not sure Jelavic might improve. There was a moment in the 2nd half when Mirallas (I think) slid him in betweem 2 defenders. A top player would use pace and power to get in on goal but the centre backs had him in their pocket and I think he ended up trodding on the ball. Took his goal well, but it would be great if we had somebody who can cause havoc and score goals from nothing.

Thought that too at first, but in his defense I think the ball to him didn't really have enough on it, he never got the chance to get it out in front of him...

what was Jellyman's goal like?

Cheers mate

Sounds promising

In the past we would have got everyone back behind the ball and defended for our lives but we played quite an open game. We had a few half-chances and Howard made a couple of decent saves. Heitinga played in front of the back four but it didn't really work. Kone had very little impact at all. Barkley was neat when he came on but mostly passed it backwards and only really had a go at them once or twice. Deulofeu got the last 8 minutes. He looked surprisingly stocky and played on the right. He did one quite nice shimmy and got to the byeline but nobody could connect with his cross.
