Why did he have two teams bidding £20 million pounds for him then? Why haven't 3 successive Liverpool managers (not the greatest example here I know) sought to replace him? Let's just have a bit of perspective. If he played for us we would all bum him silly, don't let the fact he plays fot that lot cloud your judgment.

If Johnson played for us I'd end up tearing my hair out, If you watch England Milner ends up covering the right-back position half the time. A large amout of liverpool fans don't rate him as well. Mourinho thought he was gash at chelsea

This was pre=Dalglish like. Calling him ****e is wide of the mark. Implying Coleman is 10x the player he is being wider still. I love Seamus, but GJ has been consistently good for the last however many years and still has the better technical ability and awareness on the ball. Seamus came from lower down, so I expect this to improve over time (I love the guy for the record) and I certainly wouldn't swap him for GJ based on age. But I think on current ability GJ is still the better player at this moment in time.

Quite possibly the worst post I've ever seen.

You do realise the words that you're typing yeah?

I think you have been slightly blinded by the fact he can dribble a bit and has a nice shot. He isnt a terrible player by any stretch, but he isnt anything like the player he is talked up to be by some. He is constantly out of position, I cant remember the last time he put a telling cross in the box and is beaten a little too easily for somebody with his pace.

He does play for you.

Stands out like a sore thumb. So obvious.

To be fair mate, I'll keep a much closer eye on him this season. I'm a right back myself, so it's a position I constantly watch anyway. His positioning in general is ****, but his pace has always made up for it. I said initially that SC is better going back but technical ability and going forwards (that's shooting and general approach play around the box, not just crosses and assists) is better.

I really don't see how that is such an absurd thing to say mate, I really don't.

Can''t be arsed any more, you're all miles out if you the SC is the better player after one good season. Have a bit of ****ing perspective.

So by saying current ability, you didn't mean last season then? You meant the one or two decent seasons about 5 years ago that Johnson had?

You've just torpedoed your own argument here. Which is good in a way, because it was a f*cking awful argument to begin with.

**** off lad. I can take a bit of stick and whatever, but calling me a kopite is to much. Who the **** are you to say that after the amount of games I've been to and the amount of time I've been casually using this forum.

Isn't there some kind of rule against this
