He’s meant that aswell
Definitely intentional. Proper left his boot in.

So Keane was sent off for pulling a bit of a player's hair when both competing for a header as deemed violent conduct. Never heard of that one before.

Yet in Brighton vs West Ham it was fine for a player to almost decapitate Mavropanus whilst attempting an overhead kick in the penalty area and it led to a goal.

Hwang with the potential achilles tear on Armstrong no red card...

Which one do you think is given a red card for being reckless violent conduct!?

By watching it in real time and recognizing what's going on with the game. Ask yourself this: why didn't the refs give Tarkowski a red after he injured Bueno? (I think that's who it was). Clearly they're able to differentiate between intent with an elbow to the face and unintentional coming together when trying to win the ball (what Tarkowski did). Why can't they apply the same distinction in this scenario with Keane?
Because he grabbed his hair to stop him out jumping him. He knew exactly what he was doing IMO. An utterly stupid action for an experienced professional and a red card all day.

Yeah that is what really annoys me about us generally as a club macca, the failure to build,it is a golden opportunity for a club to break through the establishment this season,we,our manager and it appears management team structure and owners are not really bothered this window.

No one has been bothered for 40 years Dario apart from the fans.

Can't be arsed listening to Moyes, Kinnear, TFG (well tbf my dog speaks more than them) , players, week in week out, season in season out, decade after decade just using buzzwords and soundbites thinking they're all smart arses "it's a slow build", "there's no value", "we won't get someone if they're not better than what we have", "we have Seamus, Jake & Nathan who can play right back and Garner if needed"....it's a pile of crap, all too comfortable to bathe in mediocrity.

My take: even amounts of incompetence and bad luck. Wolves came out better in the 2nd half, but we were still the better side. Without getting a 2nd goal there was always going to be the chance they pulled something off and that's exactly what happened. Keane's red card was out of nothing, regardless of anyone's take of if it's valid or not. Once that happened the game was off the rails and that's what led to Grealish's red. Had neither happened, I think we would've ended up winning the game, but even with a 2-1 scoreline we'd all be talking about how poor we were to not put the game to bed earlier.
Thanks. Thought we had moments of promise in the first half, but the weaknesses were there, JOB not the RB we want, McNeil out of his depth, and Barry was a spectator. So, the game was never safe unless we got a second (if only Keane's header had not hit the post in the first half). Just find it incredible that it could all fall apart so much, so quickly. Just thankful we didn't lose in the end.

Armstrong was probably the only positive tonight. McNeil was useless, lost posession every time he got on the ball. Tarks seems finished, goes around trying to kick and bully players, it's a sign I think. Barry invisible. Full backs, we know. We all know about how limited our squad is but I'm more concerned about the manager. He's making some strange selections. Always been a Moyes fan, but I think I want him out in the Summer.

Wouldn’t lose one min of sleep if they fired him tonight ,what are we doing? Letting a major opportunity go for a real shot at Europe, he looks constantly lost making tactical decisions and has no idea of counteracting opposition managers tactical changes ,friedkins are letting this drift into nothingness

BBC about right:

"Everton's fans reacted furiously at the conclusion of a game that was low on quality but suddenly became high on drama late on. It was a mixture of anger at the dismissals of Keane and Grealish, but also a large measure of disappointment at another toothless, lacklustre display."
We need players back and will probably finish 11th. Which would be progress.
