Not only Moyes, as you say, does not rate him. So many on here and in the pub shouted for him to always start but, now those same voices are silent because, despite obviously skill, he has failed to live up to expectations. And they know it.
PS. I AM NOT KNOCKING HIM, I AM KNOCKING THE ARMCHAIR MANAGERS AND EXPERTS ON HERE...

I have never been happy since the way he ditched us and shot off to Man U.

He's very hit and miss,he made changes v Palace that changed the game so he can do it but overall is too passive. You'd wonder what his pre-match team talks are, we've long given up on the School of Science so a good old "get stuck in" would do the trick. But we don't even see that often.
Too busy telling the press what we haven't got rather than what we have got.....very motivational for those coming in to the starting 11.

He's always looking after Moyes.

That's his priority.

Everton are a distant second...or maybe a distant third behind boxing off his family and neighbours for a few quid.

Wow, I love sensible posts like that, without the vitriol against the manager, the owners, certain players... just a stand back, considered view. Ta
I don't think it's vitriol, not from me anyway. It's constructive criticism based on facts. I can only say what I see. At the moment I'm not seeing anything different from Moyes 1st tenure. Yes we have improved far better than we have played in recent years. It's just so frustrating when we see that improvement but then we play like we've been playing. Particularly at home. We're being beat or drawing with very average teams who we should be beating and short on players or not the manager persists on playing square pegs in round holes.

Was nothing to do with my point which is correct. There were less viewers in the UK last season because people are sick of footy and what it has become.
Do you have any evidence to prove that? How do you know that less UK viewers isn't a result of socio-economic factors? Nevertheless, thinking that the UK is the only place that matters is just being narrow minded. It's a global game generating global revenues and the international audience are still heavily engaged. They aren't sick of it.

How am I being narrow minded when I never even brought up the rest of the world. My point was here - in the UK - which is true. The rest of the world might not be sick of it but that wasn't the point I was making.

Has this thread come back from the dead to haunt us? I mean, it's not like we're not living a nightmare right this minute in the Sunlun thread...
