you asked what I was looking forward to, I answered.

it appears that you are now jumping to the conclusion that is the reason that I voted leave which is an incorrect assumption.

and I can make an educated guess that your next question will be the standard one that gets asked in here ‘then why did you vote leave ?’ and my answer will be because of costa vs ENEL

Dont understand.

I think this is probably a landmark for many, although I doubt many could cite the specific case. I'm curious (genuinely) what your thoughts are on the case?

Because personally, I can understand rationale that cites the precedent as a reason to not want to be part of the EU, but rarely do people actually gives reasons behind their own decisions.

I was not aware of the particular case until after the vote (as you can see I did a lot of reading after the event) I was aware to a degree that our laws could be overuled by others though, I didnt look into the specifics but that was my main reason. It is easier for me to now quote that case as it explains things a lot more clearly and concise than I could hope to do

So the facts of the case affirmed a decision you had already made? So what, out of interest, did you base your initial decision on, the precedent from it?

eh ? try reading what I wrote for a 2nd time

Tbf, I might have misread this but

It reads like you voted for Brexit because of Costa V ENEL, but weren't aware of the case until after the vote?
