Indeed, I think if I was Boris I’d let them wreck every proposal. Eventually we will end up with a GE. Boris will win and he can do what he damn well pleases.......
They could put a few dozen up themselves debate them for hours/days and let the clock run down.
Havnt we been told this is the only deal available countless times so how can they amend it , seriously I havnt a clue what they are up to if this is true?
If it isn't how do we negotiate a new one in the given time when the government has no will to do so, they could just say we asked the EU they said no , that's the deal, report back at each stage and it's the gone past the 31 st by the time its played out.
Need to bring this government down or it's going to be to late to stop no deal, if that's what people want ,never mind messing about.

Anybody know if Berscows ruling today you cant bring the same thing back again rules out a second referendum and staying in a customs union because both have been brought before the house before and beaten what are the parameters to the ruling?

The government have legally had to ask for an extension. It will be granted by the EU.

This is why the ERG will vote for the bill. Even if a trade agreement is not reached, the Government doesn’t propose an extension (and it wouldn't), Parliament would have no power to prevent the UK exiting the transition period on the 31 Dec 2020 without a deal..

I will ask again. Would you put your house and everything you own into the hands of labour or the Tories to manage for you. Please state your reasons why.....

The Tories were the party of fiscal responsibility but have decided to max out the countries credit card, they are as bad as each other.

How many countries are in the world ?. How many countries have a bigger population, how many countries have a bigger land mass, how many countries have more natural resources, but how many countries have a bigger economy ?.....

Ok, then how many have a bigger economy once NI is chopped off? Then Scotland? When banks start moving to the continent?

You don't grow the economy by shrinking the population and resources and putting up red tape to the block you do most of your trading with.

This is your 'managed migration' Pete and Joe. Run by people completely out of touch with the fact that a growing proportion of (highly skilled) people now work as freelancers and contractors, so lack the kind of formal employment status that most points based schemes require. Not to mention, of course, that if the Tories continue down this road, then it surely spells the end for the British retirees in Europe like @spectateur who have been happily going about their life and paying their way, but would fall foul of any 'points based' swollocks that you believe marks someone as worthy of living somewhere. And you wonder why people are angry with you?

Ahhh... Lisa Nandy. The MP for Wigan.
She doesn't live in Wigan, rarely, if ever visits and ignores the fact that over 60% of people in Wigan voted to leave.
Just another Labour mouthpiece who has been parachuted into an ultra safe seat and has no concern whatsoever
for the views or livelihood of her constituents.

probably deserves the odd death threat then.... sheesh.

This is why I'm so happy I sorted my stuff out. I'm terrible with admin, dealing with the immigration terrifies me but I could see which way the wind was blowing back in the old country.

Was a weird feeling yesterday.
