No hang on - Neil said "remaining is more likely". That is not a fact in anyway shape or form. What is a fact is the legal default, and it is still No Deal, regardless of the Benn Act. And I've been compared to @Joey66 for pointing it out

dunno about the Joey thing but he said "will become a bigger possibility" which is different. So i think its just a misunderstanding and you can both go to the supporters forum for hugs and tequila

The ultra Remainers and Corbyn have effectively destroyed any chance of a better deal with the disgraceful Benn Act, removing our biggest negotiating chip. The EU would have renegotiated. Even with the surrender act they have still negotiated even though the same Ultras said they wouldn’t. So we are where we are. Parliament would not allow a GE which would have put a strong Boris led government in place to negotiate, because they were intent on reversing the referendum. I would have taken No Deal, but if this is the best we can do then I’ll take it.....there will still be a reckoning against those that sought to reverse the referendum at a GE......
In my opinion this proposed deal could be detrimental to the Tory party if it doesn’t get through the house and we end up with a second referendum or a GE... the Tory leave vote will be split between them and the Brexit party as this deal won’t be what the extreme leavers wanted. Long way to go yet I’m guessing.

I’ve done lots of work with Siemens in the past both in the U.K. and Germany. I have a lot of respect for them as a company and it’s employees as people. However, there remains an arrogance and an underlying belief that ‘they are in charge’ even when they weren’t. It’s quite strange working with their senior people, far more difficult than with any other Europeans, Americans (North and South) or even Japanese and Chinese. I even did a mixed programme for our Directors and Directors from Siemens based around cultural awareness and endless drinking and socialising, but the arrogance was always there.....

As insane a reason for wanting Brexit as someone claiming they fully supported the Falklands War solely because Maradona scored a goal with his hand.

... and then agreeing that the Argentine Government could charge customs on anything sent from the UK to Port Stanley or MPA.

Some of my best friends are Germans....

I've always found the German's very friendly if you at least to try speaking German. They are especially friendly in the messinghaus.

But now I'm falling out with people I've been sound with on the forum for several years so I'm going to coward out of the thread at this stage.
A good compliment you should be honoured fighting these remainers on this thread :D
