Yes. They maybe, maybe, lean a little bit to the left, on occasion, but generally, yes. You compare them to Fox or CNN, for example.

Let me guess, I don't know your leanings but if you're left, you'll say the Beeb are right. And if you're right, you'll say they're left.

It's like footy fans, saying a referee is always against their team.

I don't think the BBC consider themselves to have any particular political bias as an institution, but their political coverage tends to veer to the right, and they seem, when questioned about it to counter by saying 'across all our platforms we provide content from all political veiwpoints' which largely means their comedic content is more left leaning and liberal.

As it happens I think their news/political content, while clearly right leaning, is just appalling. They don't offer analysis, they just report soundbytes and events while letting the same talking heads determine the narrative. Their investigative journalism has deteriorated massively in recent years and the main news content is filled with cliche and vox pops. And those capable of actually probing and holding people to account seem to favour 'gotcha' lines of questioning that actually don't address very much.

But the PM is going to get a great deal..why would he leave with no deal? The extension will be to January when it's voted through, so if the PM can make 'excellent Progress' in just a few days, imagine what he can do with an extra 3 months!?!?
