2 The £350 million is gross. If we don't give it to the EU in the first place, there is no rebate. We keep the £350 million per week to ourselves. Now that is quite simple to understand.

I genuinely don’t know if you are on a wind up here?

That is not simple to understand, as it’s just wrong.

We give them 350 and we get 100 back. So it costs us 250 a week net. If we stop doing that we can’t then go and spend 350 a week on something else, as we don’t have the budget for that. We would have a budget of 250.

Because, in my humble opinion, an awful lot of folk who voted Leave did so after believing the tripe served up by those that all along wanted a hard brexit.

And a quick search on the internet will show plenty of examples of folk still spouting such nonsense.

But we all read a leaflet.

And David Cameron said World War 3 could start if we left. Good job our politicians have our very best interests at heart and know what is good for us - even if we don't eh?

OK, let me put it another way.

We allocate 350.
We keep 100, and they tell us what to spend it on.
We send 250.

When (if) we finally exit, we keep the 100 they tell us to spend on x, y, & z, and don't send 250.

That is the simple mathematics of it.
