"Whichever way one looks at it, the Agreement was either unlawful or made for an unlawful purpose or ultra vires. That means that the UK left the EU on the 29th March 2019 by default as there was no valid or lawful impediment to prevent it."

Stanley Brodie QC. Can give more examples if needed.
If you could.

Just read that eggs, boris lies shocker,
It looks like he or somebody has written on a hand written note yes when it was asked if he had considerd the prospect of pirogue parliment .
Has it been proved it was him that wrote yes?
He has said to have seen the note in august ,
I am hardly a fan of the man but to say he has considerd a course of action is hardly something to hang him for,.
Do they honestly think it was thought up on the day.
i was talking about it before that on here so its not like it wasnt an option that was in open discussion.
Might be more to come out so lets wait and see.

...there is a ‘tick’ which is believed to be via Johnson’s pen and a hand written note. The court have apparently asked Johnson to provide a signed affidavit to clarify but he has not done so.

I personally think a second referendum would end up being even more damaging to the unity of this country.

We'd see hatred, lies, allegations of overspending, racism. Out of the ashes we'd likely see bitterness and see a radical leader emerge in a winner takes all situation.

Let's say hypothetically leave wins 51%, do you believe that would solve anything? It would ramp up the tension and division even more. Last thing we need.

Well, we are seeing all those things now and have done since this Brexit madness was foisted upon us.

And who knows.....we might get a 70% YES vote.

We will never know unless we try.

No I don't think we are more informed now. That Government brochure went out to every household and told everybody everything they needed to know. Plus it was completely one sided.

The only people who believe anybody was uninformed are remain supporters, and they believe that only leave voters were uninformed. Weird that.
Remainers didn't need much additional info. They were happy with the status quo, they voted for no change.
