Which ones?

"Whichever way one looks at it, the Agreement was either unlawful or made for an unlawful purpose or ultra vires. That means that the UK left the EU on the 29th March 2019 by default as there was no valid or lawful impediment to prevent it."

Stanley Brodie QC. Can give more examples if needed.

...which is in itself very sad.

The excuse that pirogue was because of the Queens Speech is at best misleading the public, and at worst an outright lie. The decision to expel Tory MPs who vote against his Government is at best hypocritical (given how he and his cronies voted against the May deal), or at worst dictatorial.
Just read that eggs, boris lies shocker,
It looks like he or somebody has written on a hand written note yes when it was asked if he had considerd the prospect of pirogue parliment .
Has it been proved it was him that wrote yes?
He has said to have seen the note in august ,
I am hardly a fan of the man but to say he has considerd a course of action is hardly something to hang him for,.
Do they honestly think it was thought up on the day.
i was talking about it before that on here so its not like it wasnt an option that was in open discussion.
Might be more to come out so lets wait and see.

Dear God our MP's make me physically sick. Can't these bloody fools stop behaving like children for even five mins! Our entire system is so antiquated, it'd be laughable if it wasn't so cringe inducing. If one single positive from this whole affair it's that the morons who steal a living from the taxpayers to "represent us" have been compelty exposed for the gang of oxygen thieving idiots they are.

Post of the day

The fact that the gross figure was used (before rebate) is the lie.

The line was “Let’s give our NHS the 350 million the EU takes every week”. Unless they also added “and then make them give us £100 million back the following week” it makes the claim a lie.

The UK Statistics Authority criticised Johnson for his misuse of official statistics. Even Farage said it was a mistake to use!

Seems an odd thing to get so aggressive about.

Are you Dominic Cummings?

1 I'm not agressive - but then this comment is a standard ploy from Remainers when they can't counter a point. Been going on for over 3 years now in this thread.

2 The £350 million is gross. If we don't give it to the EU in the first place, there is no rebate. We keep the £350 million per week to ourselves. Now that is quite simple to understand.

3 "...Are you Dominic Cummings?..." In a sentence: Don't be stupid!

So many getting their panties in a wad about a bus... lol lol lol

....except that what is said in a Parliament stays in Parliament (hence the saying ‘come outside and say that’). Saying that, you could be right and MPs have decided not to mention it.

Ah...you meant in parliament.

I thought you meant the TV and radio pundits weren’t making much of it :)

Yes, they call it “parliamentary privilege” and a person could name you as a serial killer and you could
not sue him lol
