If you want to post inaccuracies of someone threatening to shoot me fine if its the GOT ethics - I wonder what the top boss thinks?
You as a mod and @Bruce Wayne set the standards as long as posters know what they are then its fine by me .......
anything goes then hey? as long as you are a mod......
Hey Joe
Where you goin' with that gun in your hand ?
I'm goin' down to shoot my old enemy
You know I caught him messin' 'round with another mod..

for me, at this point the damage is done and I'd be happy for the UK to leave the EU as long as the border with N.Ireland can remain the way it is today.
If that can't be guaranteed by both sides. I'd like the UK to remain in the EU.

I can accept this as no one wants the border reimposed, but can you not accept that both the ROI and the EU are using this as a way to keep the whole of the U.K. within the EU ?.....

OK, the only reference to art in that is what ever art hangs in the buildings owned by the EU. I didn't see any reference to wine.
So the EU has not invested directly in art or wine as assets. These properties make up just 6% of the EU's assets.
It seems to me that all these assets are functions of the operation of the EU.
There's nothing like the Smitsonian or the Museum of London here. I don't think it's an issue at all.

£154Bn of no issue......

That depends (some webpage)....
'Civil unrest is typically defined by law enforcement as a gathering of three or more people, in reaction to an event, with the intention of causing a public disturbance in violation of the law.'

Collins dictionary
Civil unrest is fighting between different groups of people

Doesn't sound that its particularly lawful, but I will await several rebuttal posts shortly pointing out the error of my googling

Given who has said it, I suspect the perspective will be none violent civil disobedience. It's not against the law, and really it's not unethical. I also think figures should not be apologising for suggesting it's you. That sounds like 1984 to me.

I include people I disagree with in this too, people have the right to use civil disobedience if they so choose. Brexiteers or Remainers (and both have).

Are you saying he’s not going to prorogue Parliament or take us out on Oct31st......
If he wants to really do it he can , unless it was something in law(good luck getting that done in a week) he can do as he wishes even if parliment advise otherwise.
He gets through next week he is in the driving seat, prorogue parliment , then if the wind of change looks like its going agaist him, he calls an GE early november
Parliment goes out again and we are out by the time we have a goverment.
Dont think this his end game myself ,
i think he is posturing for his position in a GE, if he plays it correctly or who ever is pulling the strings behind him ,
I think he wins the GE if he purges the party of likes of Hammond , ect
the oppsition will not have a united front, libs will go after Labour seats for instance
Same voters same places not good for getting into goverment.
They only have to worry about the Brexit party who dont normally do well at the GE
So less of a split vote on there side.
Bit of a mad position i find myself in as a leaver .
I am torn by my wish to stop him at any cost, while in reality knowing my wish to leave the EU would go with him.
cant win either way , just have to sit back and see what happens and make the best of whatever comes out at the end.
Vote labour if a GE happens and just get on with it.
Think i will join @Joey66 and leave the thread till its played it all out
Going to go off its head in here next few weeks.;)

Just cannot get my head around how these b'stards are prepared to flush 20 years of the best-ever Anglo-Irish relations down the toilet in pursuit of their selfish dream.

And they wonder why Ireland has continuously felt the need to take up arms against them since the days of Tone's rebellion in 1798.

It just beggars belief. I hate saying this, but it will never end until they get out completely.

.............do you approve of violence then......
