It was supposed to be once we leave. The lie is the fact that we would never be getting back control over £350m a week. Leave aside the fact that plenty of economists think we will lose more than £350m a week post-Brexit. The £350m a week figure is a lie in itself.

Probably about the time their leader retweets far right messages and makes racist comments. Or the bit where the figurehead used genetic brown people to stoke anti-immigration sentiment to convince people to vote leave.
It’s not wrong to label people as racists if they are racists. Sick of this reframing of the idea that you’ve made a faux pas if you accuse people of being racists or Nazis. If you don’t like being called either of those things, change the behaviour that is making people legitimately call you them. If you’re not bothered, carry on with you’re racism, and decent people will keep rightly attacking you.

He was an absolute gammon to be fair and Caroline Lucas was just calmly winding him up.

In fact, he was such a gammon he actually missed a trick in that particular instance. They were talking about Trump winning the last election and Lucas had just said that he actually lost the popular vote by a couple of million, and that seemed to push him over the edge. All he had to do was calmly say "so did you" and it would have been touche.

I'm not sure people like him do the leave cause much good tbh. He just came across as a caricature of how most remain supporters see Brexiteers.

• Brexit dividend
• Still have access to the single market
• Transition is just to implement final deal
• UK would owe no money to the EU once we left
• Make trade deals with individual EU countries
• 100's trade deals concluded by 29th March
• High tech solution for border
• Free movement would come to an end on 29 March 2019
• No role for ECJ in UK post Brexit
• Turkey will flood EU with immigrants
• There will be no change to the border between Northern Ireland and the Republic.

im absolutely all for another referendum with two questions

no deal Brexit

or

a deal Brexit which suits Britain, and wont cost us trillions.

and then id like our government to actually implement it in quick time.

If 48% voted to remain, it's reasonable to assume a decent percentage of the 52% that voted leave would not want to do so via hard brexit.
Recent polling shows that a majority want to remain in the EU and not all leave voters want a hard brexit.
I could dig up more links but you would
a) say polls dont count, look at the original ref polls.
b) ignore facts just like you brushed past my link about Brexit lies.

You can also look at polling for options across the last two years and what people expected the relationship to be like.

Also, the rhetoric which is documented from Leave Campaigners.

Let's be honest, he's not interested in facts.

A bit off topic, but he spoke a bit about rising population last night in relation to climate change. It's actually a legitimate, not to mention controversial concern. If the worlds population does continue increasing at the current level it will eventually outgrow our natural resources and compound the global warming issues.

I'm not sure what the answer is other than to try and persuade those cultures that encourage large families to introduce some sort of control.
