He deserves shovel fulls of abuse for neglecting his child's upbringing. Not like he's busting himself on a building site is it? He isn't fit to wear our jersey.
Having a moan at a player for not performing is one thing, but equating that to living a millionaire lifestyle while ignoring your own child is just wrong.
Everton fans in"slating their own players due to believing the gutter press" shocker.
You lot should be ashamed.
Not our player though really, just dross we borrowed
Because he has now said he has paid all of the child maintenance that was due?You may want to rethink your premature I'll-formed judgement of our player.

Custody and maintenance are 2 different things as anyone who has dealt with CSA knows.Nope, because he has been trying to get custody of his daughter and has been denied access to see her despite paying over 100k.

He hadn't fulfilled what he had agreed to hence why the court order was in place and the police chasing him. Don't get me wrong, Im glad he paid something but I was basing my opinion on the court order and police action rather than gutter press as you describe them.
The court order and keystone cops was enough for me. They are both based on facts. He has been trying to obtain custody while paying 100k in maintenance
The long and short of it is this, loads of our fans tore him to shreds without knowing the facts. Some of the stuff that was written was pathetic.

He was never going to be disciplined by the club anyway, the Niasse and Gibson precedents have copper fastened that.

Spot on= evidence.Evidently so.
pretty common for employees to be disciplined for breach of a court order, or for breaking the law in general. Football is like any other job in that respect. Why would he be disciplined by the club?
