After several reflections with my family make the decision to file a lawsuit, seeking custody of my daughter Beira, aiming her to come to live and study in England, where I live now for my professional activities, and can grow in a stable environment giving the necessary conditions for their development. That application was granted me in December 2015, judicially giving me custody of my daughter Beira, ordering the suspension of alimony payments received monthly Pinargote. In short, it's complicated.

I think it goes something like this......

He paid the mother what he owed. She then claimed for $30k pm which he feels is too much. She's been spending the money on cars jewelry etc. He then found out that she was abusing the child physically and mentally, and going out drinking leaving the 5 year old at home, putting up pictures of herself on adult sites with his daughter in shot. He filed for custody, he won. He then left the child with his parents while he sorted the life for her in the UK, schools etc... I think it is all the kickback from this that has got the police involved. Presumably the mother not wanting her daughter leaving the country.

If anybody else has read the statement differently, then cool. I've only took out what I could understand.

Always two sides to a story though and this is only his. Hers will no doubt be completely different, hence the police involvement.

Anyway, he is judged in my book for actions on the pitch.

It's his personal life.

Obviously, if it was something that was a) illegal or b) disgusting/disgraceful etc. then yes, he would also deserved condemning.

However, nobody on here had any idea and the general reaction was horrid, and just shows how quick people can be to jump to conclusions they know nothing about or before anything was confirmed either way.

It's not a good situation to be in but it involves the lad's family - and by the sounds of it, his daughter has very much been high on his list of priorities.

Hopefully he improves on the pitch for us when this all blows over.
 
Typical of Everton 'fans' eh jumping to conclusions and getting on a players' back. You just love the negativity and all the misery it brings. It's pathetic.
 
THE TRUTH ABOUT ENNER VALENCIA. (Personal and professional life)

After giving the mother of his daughter over 100 thousand dollars (Basic monthly salary in Ecuador is 350 dollars) last 2 years for child support. Enner realized the mother of her child were using the money to buy cars, jewelry, go on vacation and she was neglecting her daughter. She was abusing the little girl not only mentally but physically too. This lady has been in prison before for child abuse. When it was discovered she was physically abusing of a child she was taken care of.

Enner filed for full custody of her daughter and he was granted it, due to the abuse and negligence the little girls was receiving by her mom and the case for child support and Alimony was closed. Enner is working on getting the little girl a Visa to UK and the little girl has been living with Enner's mom the last few months.

In a corrupted system like Ecuador somehow Enners ex wife got a judge to reopen the case and ask Enner to keep giving that lady a monthly amount of money. Which of course Enner refused to give money to a person that misstreated his daughter. Enner lawyer is building a case in Ecuador and I am pretty sure he will win it. it is obvious knowing the ecuadorian system that this lady paid a judge to re open the case out of the blue just to keep getting money and having an easy life withouth having to work like the rest of us do.

Talking about Enner soccer situation it is not good now. He has lost all confidence playing in England and I can see it on the national team where he would always display good and is not doing it anymore. Enner strenghts were his headers, his pace, and his dribbling. However, in the Premier league all defenders are a lot taller than him so his headers are not effective and everytime he tries to use his pace or dribble pass a defender he gets out muscle and does not stand a chance because he is ligthweight. For his own sake and to have him performing at his best in the national team again, he needs to move to another league. La Liga in Spain would be a perfect for him. I wish him good luck in Everton for his loan term and same to the team.

I mentioned that, he is not talking about it. Do not be a moron and have a little respect. As a Barcelona fan I think the same you think of Valencia about your club and that is no reason to just trash talk to attemp to diminish it. Have some class. Valencia same as your club are not even close to be among the best, but both fighting fair and square to be up there.
