Oh and I only recognise 3. You take Carragher, Torres or Gerrard out of the side for any length of time and you will see a quite different Liverpool.

The same could be said for most national team mate, take England for example.
What about Alonso? Reina? Theres two more world class players.

Thing is though, winning the World Cup is the highest accolade you can win in football. For that you have to agree.
I dont really agree with that mate as it rules out too many of the world's best players: George Best, Rush, Southall and that dont really stand a chance.
At least with the Champions League they can compete if theyre good enough to join a top club. I would rate that as the highest accolade.

Yeah youd have to say that, the likes of Weah, Puskas, Best, Boban, Savejavic, Nedved, Schemiceal, Keane would never be in with a shout of winning the world cup but yet where at times the best players inthe world.
The best players have a chance of winning the CL.
