He may go to Spain or Italy. But if he decides he wants to try England where else would he go, if we really do have the money then we should at least try for him. It's about time we showed ambition and go for these types of players wether we get them or not.

What hundreds of millions mate, Neymar was bought out of his contract not by PSG but by the Qatar word cup team to act as an ambassador and then allowed to sign to PSG on a free effectively, circumnavigating FFP, on the books PSG paid nothing - he was a free transfer in ssence.

Mbappe they have paid nothing for - it is a loan with the set fee for a permanent transfer not to be paid for 18 months, so again - FFP records that as zero fee as he is a loan signing.

The only actually player bought according to the books is Berdiche from Sociedad for about 12m

They Sold Aurier to Spurs for about 22m, Matuidi to Juve for about 18m, Augustin to Leipzig for around 14m and Sabaly to Bordeux for 3m.


So on the books and according to FFP they have bought 12m and sold around 57m - so around and about a 45m profit on ins and outs.


Effectively shows how FFP is a joke really as it can just be gotten around easily
