The excuses are really beyond pathetic.
We all know that world class players can score world class goals. We also know Yarmolenko is by far their best player.
Where was the plan to close him down, stop him playing, not give him time on the ball, and certainly not get into a position to shoot a world class goal?
Tactically inept. We completely ignored their biggest threat.
Right there mate the only tactic I can Rember that came off,was when he played Rom out right against the Arse, I think it was,we are becoming a laughing stock and his interviews make me want and go and hide.

He seems to have destroyed a number of players and brought in a couple of duff ones.

What a pity. Hope someone can sort the chap out because he looks like a man floundering in deep seas.

I'd back us heavily to win on Sunday, then we're safe, and we've gone from Doghouse battle and Euro challengers, to pulling out the flip flops, and getting on the beach. Everton that.

But with games to come against QPR, Burnley, Aston Villa and Sunderland at the bottom, and Manchester United at the top, we must compete strongly until the end of the season for the sake of all the other teams.

The way we set - up last night I couldn't actually work out what result we were going for, there was no tactics, no shape, nothing at all.

We were there for the taking tactically YET still if he had just be reactive and made 3 subs at ht I am certain we would have shored up the back line and got the goal we needed. They are a pretty poor side on the evidence of watching both games yet we were absolutely embarrassing last night. Probably the best draw we could have hoped for and we absolutely bottled it for 30 minutes at our place and an hour at theirs.

2 many of our senior players last night were not at the races
Howard, Coleman, Jagielka, Baines, Alcaraz, McCarthy, Barry, Naismith.

  • Martinez QPR press conference coming up at about 2pm
It will just be another phenomenal half hour of Comical Bobby talking about the intensity & quality of Kievs goals and their phenomenal fans.

But Bobby it's a QPR press conference
Hola, We're really excited about Sunday but it is difficult to give you a straight answer as it's going to get harder and harder but on Sunday when we get the tempo right and have that expression in our play we will have to be at our best.
For many reasons it is big - when you come up against QPR it is always a big enough reason to be excited, We have got an opportunity to do the double.
