I'm concerned about who he might sell. Creative players aren't getting a look-in at the moment. If playing 3xDMs at Bournemouth is any indication, or playing a clearly unfit Bolassie ahead of Lookman, Vlasic, Mirallas, we could be left with years of rebuilding after he has gone.

hmmm i don't know about giving sam actual money.
if you gave him a £10 note and sent him to the shop for a pint of milk , i bet the change goes missing down the arcade on fruit machines.
best to just ask him who he wants and go and buy it yourself.

We went to bits when Allardyce took off Gana IMO mate, and moved Rooney back into the middle alongside Schneiderlin, Bouenemouth then just walked through us down the middle with the protection of Gana gone.
Yeah, this myth that we were horrid on offense was just not true.

With Gana, Rooney, Gylfi, Niasse, we were actually creating space and opportunities. Once Niasse came on it was like a different team.

When Gana came off, it was open season. Bolaisse didn't come back to cover for Martina, Gana wasn't there to track guys down when things like JonJoe missed his tackle, etc. Morgan just can't move all that well. Great with a sideways and backwards pass.

Honestly, N'Zonzi, a CF, and a LB transforms this team. It really does.

If Big Sam is still with us in the summer it will probably be because he is doing something right, so it would be a bit pointless keeping him on and not giving him money. If everything implodes and becomes unmanageable, then he will no doubt be sacked and we can bring Brendan Rodgers in

If that fraud is still here come the opening game of next season then we know it's really time to jib the game off. I'll tolerate this season but no more.

Yesterday was absolutely God awful.

Got to wait and see how the rest of the season pans out and who he gets in January and how they perform. I would hope that we start to play more football as we get closer to safety. The football we are playing currently hurts my eyes but has proven effective. Getting some quality new additions in and getting Coleman fit may allow us to play better football. If the football improves and we finish 8th or higher he deserves money in the summer.

Let's give Sam a chance in this January window first. If his signings come off and we finish in the top eight, he will be here next season, like it or lump it.
