2025/26 David Moyes

It looks like we have a lovely sunny weekend coming our way, I urge everyone to get outside and make the most of it.
Even if only for a short period of time, take a break from 'Everton Anger' give your mind a period of relaxation, Stick on some music, And most importantly, remember you are allowed to smile.

Do it friends. It's the best, and it costs nothing..
Nice sentiments.
If only! Its oh so true the the phrase we often utter....Once Everton Touches You... has brought me more heartache and anger than is healthy.

Great shout mate, now that we have nothing to play for, jib the final day farce off on Sunday and enjoy life away from this sham version of the game we once loved.

See Moysey has got his priorities right for the summer hols.

Off to work for talkshite radio to cover the World Cup.

Maybe he can scout some players whilst talking nonsense with that absolute berk Durham.

I heard there’s a Scottish right back who hasn’t had much game time for his club this season, might be worth a look since we are desperate for a new one……oh wait a second.

How about a GoFundMe for some Mexican cartel to kidnap him whilst he's at the World Cup and put him in charge of Cruz Azul.....Moyes that is, not Patto.

We absolutely could have shipped out Keane, Gueye, McNeil as a starting point. Other teams turn over their squads all the time. We cleave to our known losers like there’s no possible world without them in the squad.

At this point looking at those options is sensible. Last summer? No way, and I'm glad we didn't. Keane has played his best season with us and McNeil was on the tail end of a season where he had major contributions. Gueye has logged a boatload of minutes and not looked out of place, while allowing space for Garner to grow into a real fulcrum type of player.

I absolutely think we should be doing better but considering all the issues we have solved this season, we might acutally be able to afford some more of that ruthlessness. We know Moyes doesn't lack it, and we know he's spent his time putting together a more solid group of players. The image of a relegation-battling shambles is fading. Hopefully finances are better as well.

I have much higher expectations of what the club should be achieving with transfers this summer. Especially with regards to getting that damn right-back signed up.

Hopefully he will be looking for a new job in the summer but cant see it.

Anyway he doesn't need to scout as the players he has lined up is Soucek Stones and Delap

We’ve been displaying relegation form for the entirety of the second half of the season. That’s difficult to snap out of the longer it goes on.

There should be succession plans for these players but it just seems to be to keep playing them every game until they decide to leave. McNeil may well stay now because he got himself back into the team. Keane’s already renewed, Gana starts every week still and has a year left on his deal.

He’s staying isn’t he mate, there’s no mood for change from TFG with their boys davey and Angus. 😞

Wish I could disagree with your predicted new recruits as well.

Good old “prem experience”.
