How is it a fact?
It's a fact of that poll.
How is it a fact?
That wouldn't affect my point AT ALL.Hmmmmmm....... A poll that got closed very quickly during a cup break in the aftermath of a defeat when the forum's most angriest were releasing their fury on Moyes for not beating Bournemouth.
I wonder what happens if we did that poll this week?
David Sullivan signed Danny Ings. Moyes hardly played him as he was shot.David Moyes left an ageing, thin squad at West Ham United upon his departure at the end of the 2023/24 season. By the time of his exit, the team was widely described as having one of the smallest and oldest squads in the Premier League, requiring a significant rebuilding effort.
Key Details on the Squad Moyes Left Behind:
1) Oldest in the League: In April 2024, reports indicated that West Ham's starting XIs often had an average age of 30.5, the highest in the Premier League at the time.
2) Small Squad: Moyes' preference for a smaller, experienced squad led to a situation where they lacked depth, often relying on the same 13–14 players, which contributed to fatigue and poor results later in the season.
3) Key Ageing Players: Several key stalwarts from his successful seasons were nearing the end of their peak years, such as Angelo Ogbonna and Aaron Cresswell, while senior forward Danny Ings was also considered an "ageing" addition.
4) Defensive Issues: Toward the end of his tenure, the squad showed signs of "disrepair" and lack of movement,, failing to keep up with faster, younger teams.
He just got an England call up...what do you think he would say?…..glad the player agrees with me and not one of his detractors;

Thing is Dave, that poll you brought up only had 231 Votes,That wouldn't affect my point AT ALL.
My point is exactly that: that when there's a loss you can see exactly how large the feeling is against him.
Except he bailed to Manure and tried to take Felani and Baines with him because we were holding back their careers...Moyes wouldn’t need them. Just add Lukaku and the team the year before would have got 80 points.
That wouldn't affect my point AT ALL.

I'm not going to change my opinion based on a ChatGPT post. I've watched Everton and football for over 30 years. Come up with your own thoughts rather than using an AI bot to make them for youDavid Moyes left an ageing, thin squad at West Ham United upon his departure at the end of the 2023/24 season. It's ChatGPT or an equivalent. Don't bother engagingDavid Sullivan signed Danny Ings. Moyes hardly played him as he was shot.
The main thing is Moyes was marginalized and forced out in the end. They were saving up money to give to the next manager.
Heck, they had a great chance to finish near the top as they had their best first half to a season ever and the club sold experienced players and didn’t bring people in. West Ham is a weird club.
I understand you still have hurty feelings but try to be objective. Professional football is for grown ups.Except he bailed to Manure and tried to take Felani and Baines with him because we were holding back their careers...
No one mentioned hating him. It was about liking what he's doing here.
5 weeks ago the majority wanted him gone. That's a fact.
How is it a fact?
Reasonable. Objective. WiseF$$kin 'ell! The hyperbole and cherry picking of stats to support what are just afterall opposing subjective opinions on here is mindboggling! Its like bingewatching Trump's State of the Union speeches!
Bottom line is we had a big win on Saturday against a big named team in crappy form. We are in a good position in a very tight group in a mediocre league. Credit gors to the team and manager. Lets see how the rest of the season goes before we make any more proclimations? We could finish 5th, or we could finish 11th...maybe we can wait a few more weeks before we anoint him the messiah or a fraud????
Except he bailed to Manure and tried to take Felani and Baines with him because we were holding back their careers...
Oh David, David, David!
Tut! tut!
Since when has 44.2% (of 231) been a majority?
