2025/26 David Moyes

…..glad the player agrees with me and not one of his detractors;

It's has to be credit where credit is due. Moyes tweaked his system and it worked a treat. At times we pressed the ball with two or three players when they had possession, players passed and moved more, were closer together as a joined up team, wide players came inside more, players we very observant to what was going on, more forward passing because of the movement and in particular Garner marked Palmer and didn't real let him into the game. Hope Moyes does the same in the derby and marks Van Dijk who'll get frustrated and will not be able to launch them long range boomers to Salah. A most pleasurable result playing some exciting football.

All that can be done with any defensive minded PL coach apart from those with not a lot of quality like Burnley.

Any PL can get men behind the ball and work very hard and they'll get up the league.

Other clubs will take note of what Moyes has done and demand that as a playing style from their manager in order to secure PL status.

Ild be surprised if that isn't Moyes' major contribution to PL football.

Personally i dont see why he wont get a new contract. Not in to this go with a different manager to move us on. I am not sure how much more on we can go to where we are at the minute. Not for a very long time. A new boss could easily see us go down the table next season, as off course could Moyes.

He must be desperate if he's asking that fat headed misogyinst crank to do his petitioning for him in public.

Maybe the Moyesiah's arse is twitching a bit.
You think Bluekipper is in direct contact with Moyes for Propaganda reasons? Or is it more likely that Steve Jones, one of the nicest most humble human beings you’ll ever meet (you won’t as you don’t go the game) is just happy with how things are going. Cart.

…I fear it’s more a question of whether he wants a new contract.
