I'm done with him. Sack him.

Armstrong probably passes Moyes physicality test and ability to take on defensive instructionsAs much as I like it I am very surprised Harrison Armstrong gets chances under this aspect...
Looks promising and played solid, but then Aznou had one game he was probably the best on the pitch and never got a chance again.
How can an employees salary be āirrelevantā, especially one that is in the top 5-6 highest in the Worldā¦.surely the employer can expect a performance that is commensurate with that level of pay? If not they may as well employ me or you and save millions. His salary is irrelevant. Every squad/player has a certain level they can't exceed regardless of how they are managed. We saw that with Carlo.

What is the level you think we canāt exceed regardless of how weāre managed - in effect youāre saying nobody could do a better job irrespective of what they are paid.
He certainly takes the low variance approach doesn't he? Think what's starting to wear on people a bit is that it's the perfect time to be more of a risk taker. We're solidly mid-table and can afford to take a few chances. The payoff is Europe. The downside is 13th. Would like to see him embrace some more variability.Overall he's done a good job, especially last season.
But in some ways it really doesn't matter who he plays, Moyes teams will always prioritise 3 things
Keeping their shape
Getting the distances right
Not getting caught ahead of the ball.
It's risk free football.
Whaaaaaaaat, no way!!!!!!The full back issue is damning and likely to undermine the whole season mate!
That was an early presser.
So Jarad isnt physically upto or at the levels to play in the "big" positions .
You couldnt make this up
He's the best Centre back at the club by a huge margin.
Thats the actual point MattMaybe he means as he's not that fit?![]()
Thats the actual point Matt
If he's not fit enough to play his natural Centre back position then he shouldnt be anywhere near the Left back role bombing up & down the pitch all game.
And yet we get caught out wide open with Gana skipping down the wing, no-one in midfield at all and only Keane on the half way line.Overall he's done a good job, especially last season.

That's what I am saying. Carlo Ancelloti had finishing at a similar level with a better squad. The managers salary doesn't make the players better than they are. Based on economics we should be 13th or 14th. We're higher than. That so Moyes is earning his salary. How can an employees salary be āirrelevantā, especially one that is in the top 5-6 highest in the Worldā¦.surely the employer can expect a performance that is commensurate with that level of pay?
